We had a blast at Board Beyond Amsterdam.

As always, Board Beyond events are full of insightful, inspirational conversations, coming from like-minded and highly skilled professionals.

From Integrated Business Planning, to Budgeting and Forecasting, we discussed all matters required for planning with agility, alignment, with speed and how beneficial it is to take challenges in our stride.

Another exciting moment was when our very own Eni Bashllari and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Global Switch, Richard Heho, shared a compelling case study on how Bios Management transformed Financial Planning & Analysis for Global Switch, who are a leading data centre provider.

We dived into the challenges they faced, the tailored EPM solution implemented to address said challenges, as well as the successes of a strategic implementation. Taking the audience on a journey of a real-world business scenario and the transformative power of EPM was a major highlight for us here at Bios Management.
